G. PHI G. celebrates the life of our Chief Founder TELISHA JOHNSON, who departed this life on June 29, 2002, in Birmingham Alabama. Girl's Primary Honey Is Gerald was the concept Telisha conceived to honor Gerald Levert, whom she admired with so much passion. Telisha was a member of the Purity Holiness Church and she leaves to cherish her memory a devoted husband Robert Johnson Sr., a daughter Jaemeysia, a son, Robert Jr.; loving parents Juanita Nunn & James Brown; siblings Angela, Quatilia and Bernard; best friends Sloan and Ataska; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, a host of co-workers and countless friends.

She was loved and adored by the surviving founders and membership of G. PHI G. Lisa was truly like a "sister" to so many. She touched the lives of so many with her kind nature, warm spirit, and fun loving demeanor. She will be missed but never forgotten.

Lisa, we'll miss your laughter and beautiful smile.
All your questions, like a curious child.
How sharp you dressed, and said "A Mess!"
How you loved everyone no matter what
How you loved to see G. slap his butt.
We don't know why you left all of us so fast.
But the memory of you will forever last.
We've known a friendship so true
Until we meet again, Lisa, we'll miss you.

Oh how we will never forget this night.
"How we gonna do this yall" you asked so we would get it right.
We had no idea we were making a lasting memory
Just excited to present our gifts to G.
We can still hear you laughing, joking and talking much trash.
Grabbing up Gerald's towel to add to your stash.
Lisa the thought of you being gone makes us want to cry.
It's so hard for us to say goodbye.
But when we look at this photo of you, amazingly its a comfort you
 see.

Because we know you are smiling Gurl from eternity.
